Let Dale Salute Your School!

News 4 Meteorologist Dale Gilbert is saluting teachers and students from schools in the WYFF 4 viewing area each morning on News 4 Today in the 6:30 a.m. half-hour.

Here's how it works:

Click the link below to send us an e-mail with information about your class and a digital photo of you and your students.

When we pick your class, we'll e-mail you to tell you when your Dale's School Salute will air.

The salute airs each morning at about 6:45 a.m. and also during WYFF 4 at Noon.

Make sure that your e-mail includes the following:

1. School name
2. Address of school
3. The county and city where the school is located
4. Grade
5. Phone number
6. Ms./Mrs./Mr. Name (Maximum of two names)
7. What the is class working on or studying this year

We must have all of the above information. Any photos submitted without it will not be aired (Dale needs to be able to talk about these classes)

Send the photo as an attachment, preferably a .jpg file. Please don't embed the picture within your document. Keep it as a separate attachment.

If you like, you can include a few details of things that make your class unique: Special projects you're working on, a class mascot or pet, interesting field trips you're taking, recent awards or accomplishments of the whole class or a group of students.
